  • Major towns in Kenya: 2–4 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of the products. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our courier partner’s system.

Returns are accepted for defective products, wrong items delivered, or products materially different from their description. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned product. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
